The 16th International Symposium on Electronic Art will take place in the cities of the German Ruhr region (Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, a. o.) from
20 29 August 2010.
The programme will include conferences, exhibitions, audio-visual and dance performances, projects in public space, artist presentations, workshops, an E-Culture Fair, Artists-in-Labs-programme, a. o.
The Call for Proposals will be published in June 2009, the submission deadline is on 15 September 2009. (Please, note that it is not necessary to submit individual projects before June '09.)
Two main Research Themes have been set for ISEA2010RUHR; these are not yet the final programme themes for the festival, but they suggest the trajectories along which we will be doing our research, looking for projects, and developing the programme.
